What this Full Moon in Taurus Means for You

If you’re wondering why you might be feeling a little bit funny today, it’s a Full Moon tonight. Not only that, but this particular full moon is travelling through Taurus, so what does that mean? How is that going to affect you?

At this stage in the cycle, the moon is in her most powerful and magnificent phase. Any manifestations you intended at the new moon two weeks ago should now be coming to fruition or showing signs of physical manifestation in your life.

Taurus is a very strong energy, and regardless of whether or not you have Taurus in your birth chart, it is the strong Taurean energy that will fill us all at the full moon.

Taurus energy is deeply grounded and loves stability. It is also very concerned with comfort, and so this Taurus Full Moon is a great time to practice self care and even, with your own discretion, some self-indulgence. It’s a time to invest in you, your health, and your comfort.

Taurus is an extraordinarily stubborn sign, so this is the perfect time of year to practice patience. Be more tolerant of people, let the reigns hang loose for a day, try to let go.

This Taurean energy will be good for Cancerians, Taureans, Virgos, Scorpios, Capricorns and Pisceans, but it can be more challenging for the other signs under the elements of fire and air. This is because Taurus is an earth sign, which tends to get along more with other earth signs and also water signs.

According to the Moonology book by Yasmin Boland, the top five questions to ask ourselves around this Full Moon are;

  1. Have I been lazy or overly self-indulgent this month?
  2. Have I been too obsessed with mine or status  symbols?
  3. Have I been stubborn, jealous or possessive?
  4. Have I been doing too much comfort-eating?
  5. Have I done enough exercise?

I hope you all have a great full moon, let me know how you’re celebrating if you are!

    Absolutely love these kind of posts on your blog! Also the questions at the end are so good for reflecting on your own behaviour. I’ve definitely set some new goals after answering those for myself. xxx
