If you’re anything like me, you get obsessed with games very easily. And if you’re even more like me, you’ll get very emotionally invested in those games.
Well, it’s happened again for me. And in the most unlikely place.
Does the name EverWing mean anything to you? If not, don’t even look it up. Why? Because I promise, you will get addicted. And you will waste 90% of your time on this game, and subsequently get nothing done. But if you’re okay with this, then stick around.
I’ve never been one to play games on Facebook. I always roll my eyes when I get requests to join ‘Texas Poker’ and the like from friends on Facebook. But when my boyfriend invited me to play EverWing, I was instantly hooked. Why?? Two reasons. Fairies, and dragons.
If you are not a fan of the fantastical, this will mean nothing to you. But for me, this was all the persuasion I needed. The aim of the game is to train up your baby dragons to defeat these monsters and ‘Boss Monsters’. Oh, and did I mention your character is a freaking fairy?? Sorry, but this was too much for me. I nearly screamed.
Essentially, it’s been a week since I’ve downloaded the game and I have over 60 baby dragons and I couldn’t be happier. It’s inspiring me to watch Game of Thrones because I’m strongly relating to the title “Mother of Dragons” right now.
I know this has been a super random post, but I kind of just had to let you guys know. Every time I hatch a new baby dragon my heart actually sings.
Anyway, as you were. Ignore me. I’m just going to spend another 24 hours straight playing EverWing.
