If you know me at all then you know that I am a total stationary addict. I recently discovered Kikki K and well, this happened…
First thing, I picked up was a wall calendar because I left it super late to get one! This one is from their ‘Inspire’ range and is full of motivational quotes. Some of which include: “Everything you want is on the other side of fear”, and “Be happy with what you have while working for what you want”. It’s currently on sale on their website here.
The beautiful stationary set on the right was SUCH an impulse purchase, but I have absolutely no regrets whatsoever. I mean who doesn’t need gold paper clips, right?
On the left are obviously sticky notes. If you know me, you know I use these everywhere at any moment that I can find. They’re all around my desk and on my bedroom mirror. This is were I make my must-do lists and things I can’t afford to forget. Sometimes I’ll write my affirmations on these and put them up in my bathroom too so that I see them every day. Aaaaand I also use them if I need to make long notes in books…. Long story short, I USE THEM EVERYWHERE.
I didn’t buy these, but they were sent to me with my order. How cute is this?! I’ve been practicing gratitude a lot lately in conjunction with the Law of Attraction. If that’s something you want me to talk about more, please do let me know! I’d be so happy to talk about it.
I got these quote cards for three reasons. 1. I adore anything motivational. 2. I have a whole A4 notebook dedicated to my all time favourite quotes. 3. Could you tell I love stationary?
Ten quote cards come in the pack and you can use them for notes, or frame them, keep them in your purse… anything you want!
These were actually the reason I went on the Kikki.K website in the first place. I had wanted to keep a mindfulness and gratitude journal for a while and stumbled upon these. They’re so beautiful and it really enforces the daily habit when you can actually see and track the progress you’re making. Plus again with the gratitude thing. Don’t knock it till you try it! I guarantee you’ll start to feel more positive if you focus on all the things you’re grateful for.
Can’t think of anything? Try starting with:
Oxygen — for allowing you to breathe.
The Sun — for keeping us all alive.
The Universe — for simply existing.
Again, this was another impulse buy, but it ended up one of my favourite things! It’s a little set all about creating lasting healthy habits. In it, you get a mini gratitude journal, mindfulness journal, goals journal, dreams journal, habits journal and finally, happiness journal. These mini journals are a great way to try each one out without committing to buying the full-size. You also get a post-it sized habit tracker with dates, and four quote cards about habits. After all, our habits that we do every day eventually become what we do with our lives, so it’s important to make them things that bring you happiness.
I picked this up because firstly, it was on sale, and secondly because I was so under-prepared for Christmas 2016 that it scarred me for life. I decided to stock up on these gift tags so that I would never find myself in that situation again. At least not for another year.
Do you guys love stationary like I do?
